Alcohol 12% Crafted in the traditional method from 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier, this champenoise is mid straw in colour with a fine bead and vigorous mousse. On the nose there is a fresh bouquet of apples and berry fruits with biscuit and marzipan derived aromas whilst the palate is creamy with a long lingering finish.
